Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and enhance audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, posts, etc.) across all social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage social media budgets for paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to maintain brand consistency.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Develop and implement social media influencer and partnership strategies.
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and execute promotions, giveaways, and contests to increase engagement and follower count.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Experience with social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and SEO/SEM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in video editing and creating engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and CRM software.
