Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, and ensure the overall comfort and safety of patients.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about various health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care techniques to promote better understanding and compliance.
- Health Promotion: Assist in the implementation of health promotion and disease prevention initiatives, providing guidance on healthy lifestyles, vaccinations, and screening programs.
- Emergency Response: React swiftly and efficiently during medical emergencies, following established protocols and providing appropriate emergency care.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice, attend educational programs, workshops, and conferences, and maintain licensure and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- The current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in medical record documentation and use of healthcare technology.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and handle emergencies.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, patient advocacy, and privacy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Details:
Minimum 2 years registered nurse experience in a JCI Accredited, ACHSI Accredited or Accreditation Canada Accredited facility from Philippines, UAE, Qatar, Oman or Saudi Arabia.
