• Full-Funnel Optimisation – Lead SEO, ASO, paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencers and CRM; target CAC ↓ 15 % and LTV ↑ 25 %.

• Data & Experimentation – Build Bayesian A/B test pipelines in Python/BigQuery; evangelise a culture of statistical rigour.

• Team Leadership – Coach 3 Group Managers (Acquisition, Lifecycle, Creative) and 18 specialists; set OKRs, hire, promote.

Ideal Profile

• 10 + yrs multi-market digital leadership; must have scaled $10 m+ annual ad budgets.
