This role is perfect for a Chef who is skilled in French, Italian, and Spanish cuisines and dedicated to high-quality food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Menu Innovation: Create and develop exciting menus that reflect the best of continental cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients and authentic flavors.
- Kitchen Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, maintaining high standards in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Oversee ingredient sourcing and inventory, ensuring quality while managing costs effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations meet health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborative Service: Work closely with front-of-house staff to enhance the guest dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Chef specializing in continental or European cuisine.
- Culinary Expertise: Mastery of French, Italian, and Spanish culinary techniques.
