Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapy for individuals and groups.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.
• Provide counseling for mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest psychological practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Current CDA license to practice as a psychologist in Dubai.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Expertise in therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage diverse client needs.
