Company Overview:
On behalf of our client, a leading company in the wood and wooden products industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with proven experience in the GCC and MENA markets. This role is focused on driving business growth and building strategic relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key clients and distributors across the GCC and MENA regions. - Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion. - Customer Engagement:
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, providing expertise on the company’s range of wood and wooden products. - Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets, ensuring continuous business growth. - Negotiations:
Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring that all parties achieve favorable outcomes. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to stay ahead of industry changes and drive informed decision-making. - Reporting:
Provide comprehensive reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and key market developments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
Native Arabic speaker with excellent fluency in English (spoken and written). - Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the wood and wooden products sector, specifically within the GCC and MENA markets. - Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the regional market, customer dynamics, and the wood product supply chain in the construction and related industries. - Sales Performance:
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and establishing a robust market presence. - Negotiation Expertise:
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. - Adaptability & Leadership:
Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure in a competitive market.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
