SCOPE OF WORK:
The Supply Operator to perform the below duties under supervision of Terminal Supervisor/Operator
Truck Loading /Decanting
Receives work assignments from supervisor, arranges for necessary tools and equipment and proceeds to job site to perform the required work. Oversees and Participates in the loading of vehicles as assigned. Includes giving directions to Assistant, verifying compliance with Product Delivery Note (PDN), ensuring truck Compartments are clean and free of product and that all connections are securely and properly fitted prior to commencing loading
Product Receipt Operations
Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the product receipts by: – Tanker/Barge: Guiding the vessel berthing in line with the allocated manifold, instruct Operator for witnessing sampling and gauging of ship’s tanks Communicating with terminal/ship for Commencement of discharge. Periodic checking of discharged product quality & Qty and comparing the figs with shore. Periodic ship/shore check as per the checklist. Gauging and lining up of the shore tank, checking of the line qty, etc. at terminal end.
Monitor and Responsible for carrying out water draining, gauging, sampling of Terminal tank after receipt, transfer, blend, etc. Also working/checking of the Product receipt. Monitor and Responsible for carrying out daily evening tank gauge. Required to work out the provisional stock variation. Also, for investigating abnormal stock Variations, if any. Monitor and Responsible for drawing of the required samples in the required periods to monitor the quality of the product in tank as per the customer’s quality control program.
Product Value addition / Blending
Monitor and Responsible for carrying out the following operations: Pigging or flushing of product pipelines (Includes the pigging connection, pig launcher operation, lining up & monitoring the movement) any other Blending or value addition operations the company may choose to perform from time to time.
Monitor carefully all transfer operations with the help of SCADA system, frequent communication with field operators and ship during the vessel operation, need to communicate with the surveyors, contractors, and other terminals over the phone, e-mails and also in person, should give instruction
