Role Purpose
Join a legacy retail group (400 stores, 8 e-com sites) in the thick of a digital transformation. You’ll modernise demand planning, warehouse automation, and last-mile partnerships—driving next-day-delivery for 95 % of UAE orders.
Core Responsibilities

S&OP Leadership – Integrate AI demand-forecast engine (AWS Forecast) with Oracle ERP; reduce stock-outs by 30 %.

Fulfilment Optimisation – Deploy AMR robots in 2 DCs; lift pick-rate to 220 UPH.

Last-Mile Strategy – Negotiate SLA-backed contracts with Talabat, Careem, & Quiqup; improve DIFOT to 98 %.

Team & Culture – Manage 5 direct managers (Demand, DC, Transport, Returns, QA) and 400 operatives; roll out LEAN & Kaizen.
Ideal Candidate

8 + yrs high-volume supply-chain management (FMCG, fashion, or 3PL).

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and proven WMS/TMS roll-outs.

Advanced Excel/Power BI; Python or R for forecasting a plus.
