Job Description
A global manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking for a Procurement Officer to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials. This position is ideal for someone with solid procurement experience and a background in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and production-related services.
• Review and analyze supply bids, manage purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends to source competitively priced materials without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies during the procurement process.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and manufacturing standards is preferred.
