Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and attendees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about the event schedule, venue layout, and any special features.
• Assist in registration and check-in processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess, greeter, or in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Additional Information

• These positions are part-time and will involve working on weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.
