Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing ๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ to join a growing team. This role will involve selling Service and Maintenance contracts to potential customers. With a strategic growth plan in place, we are looking for a candidate with a high level of expertise in ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’Š๐’๐’•๐’†๐’๐’‚๐’๐’„๐’† ๐’˜๐’Š๐’•๐’‰๐’Š๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ฌ๐’๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’“๐’Š๐’„๐’‚๐’ & ๐‘ท๐’๐’–๐’Ž๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’…๐’–๐’”๐’•๐’“๐’š.

Responsibilities of MEP Sales Engineerย 

โ€ข You will regularly visit both existing and new customers in order to meet our clientsโ€™ needs and to achieve budgeted sales targets
โ€ข Develop existing accounts by gaining introductions to new clients
โ€ข Actively seek out new Maintenance Contracting Opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
โ€ข Negotiate/close deals and respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
โ€ข Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team.
โ€ข Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
โ€ข Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ of MEP Sales Engineerย 

โ€ข Technical sales background within the Facility Management / Building Management Services sector
โ€ข Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems
โ€ข Able to work with a Works In Progress (WIP) program or similar, and therefore able to present (WIP) progress on a weekly basis.
โ€ข Strong business sense and Maintenance Industry Expertise.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
โ€ข Proven ability to drive the sales process from the plan, take-off to closure.
โ€ข Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry.
โ€ข Valid driving license.
โ€ข Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
โ€ข Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
