You’ll head a boutique studio of 15 architects and computational designers, using cutting-edge AI/ML workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Grasshopper/Python, Autodesk Forma) to shorten concept cycles, elevate sustainability scores, and wow marquee developers.
Key Accountabilities

| Innovation Governance | Build standards for prompt libraries, data stewardship, and IP/security around AI assets. |
| Mentorship & Culture | Coach a next-gen team in Python, Dynamo, and Grasshopper scripting; champion a “fail-fast, learn-faster” culture. |
Ideal Profile

MArch or MEng (Architecture) plus 10 + yrs large-scale project delivery.

Portfolio demonstrating built work conceived with parametric / generative techniques.

Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and at least one ML framework (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Chartership (AIA, RIBA, or SOE UAE) preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management—from visionary clients to demanding authorities.
