Job Description
A well-established banking institution in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee digital transformation projects and improve operational efficiencies. This role requires a strong background in project management within the banking or financial sector, along with an understanding of regulatory compliance in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects to ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance the bank’s digital offerings and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and data security standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years in the banking or financial sector.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
