Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be a key member of the HR team and will have a
dedicated HR assistant working remotely with you. You will oversee all
correspondence, professionally dealing with queries from senior supervisors and
proactively contributing to the success of the function.
● Providing an efficient and high-quality administrative support service for our
● Following our HR recruitment process which includes testing the incoming
● Managing recruitment applications to include screening of CV’s, distributing
specialities required, liaising with senior supervisors and updating the
recruitment system and tracking spreadsheets;
● Monitoring incoming applications and recommending talent to supervisors,
tracking the new accepted applicants’ work progress and collecting feedback
from supervisors on each writer and updating the writers’ database
● Welcoming new recruits by explaining the working and payment processes;
● Communicating with recruits to understand their needs, expectations, monthly
availability etc.;
● Providing accepted writer data reports on a weekly and monthly basis, as well
as a financial report which details all costs spent on recruitment in a monthly
● Working alongside a dedicated supervisor researching and preparing training
for new recruits in the form of online seminars or knowledge base documents;
● Continually reviewing existing HR processes and strategies, suggesting any
efficiencies or improvements as noticed;

● Assisting and supporting the team with general HR administration tasks.

Essential Skills Required
● A good command of written and verbal English is a necessity, with the ability
to communicate with individuals at all levels. Excellent grammar and spelling
is required;
● Self-motivated and hardworking with the ability to set daily targets;
● Proven track record gained as an HR manager – Minimum 5 years’
experience, recruiting internationally will be an added advantage;
● Previous administrative and HR experience is essential;
● Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy required;
● Comfortably dealing with people at all levels both face to face and by
● Demonstrable advanced planning, co-ordinating, management and
● Presentation skills are necessary. Attention to detail is essential;
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products – i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Visio & Project. Knowledge of BI tools (i.e. tableau and power BI)
will be considered an advantage.
● High level of understanding of organisational and management issues which
may affect the business, including, but not limited to, identification of new
● Ability to work well under pressure and manage / prioritise workloads;
● Highly developed organisational and time management skills;
● Ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels, including senior management,
in order to achieve a successful outcome.
