Job Description

Objective HR Generalist:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with outstanding people skills to manage our
personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and
aligned to overall business objectives. Duties will include supervising HR personnel, dealing with
employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction,
designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives,
forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records,
managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills,
knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills,
and excellent interpersonal skills. The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement
strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and
wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best
recruits, and promote the organization, values.

Responsibilities HR Generalist:

 Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;
contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and
direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

 Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including
talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits,
training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee
relations and retention, and labor relations.

 Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching,
counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job
contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and
customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems;
implementing change.

 Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and
anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action
plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of
variances.

 Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing
information and applications.

 Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating
policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

 Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management
on needed actions.

 Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new
and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements HR Generalist:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
 Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
 Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
 Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
 Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
 Knowledge of employment legislation, UAE / KSA Labor Law.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Protecting the interests of all employees.
 Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
