Job Description

Responsibilites include not limited to:

·       Maintain up-to-date documents for Workmen’s compensation and medical insurance records for all employees

·       Liaise with employee services team to address salary queries, payslips distribution and maintenance of employment contracts

·       Analyse and communicate the exit feedback trends on the engagement platform

·       Manage medical insurance from initial request to queries and claims

·       Conduct TBT for communicating with frontline team

·       Support line managers with developing the team internally and providing growth opportunities.

·       Manage frontline air ticket booking and reports

·       Passport Management

·       Update organisation chart on Visio

·       Validate job descriptions and quality control input provided by line managers

·       Review and amend the job descriptions on periodical basis or as Senior HR Specialist’s request

·       Create a job requisition on SAP

·       Post the role internally and externally

·       Perform relevant vetting of candidates as per the position

·       Conduct telephonic screening of candidates

·       Arranges interviews and follows up with selected candidates on all required document

·       Conduct employment reference checks for the finalised candidates

·       Negotiate and issue the offer letter through SAP

·       Collect documents and support the Government Relations team with visa

·       Arrange assets and account creation prior to onboarding

·       Conduct HR orientation/ induction to newly hired employees

·       Register the employee to SAP and Ramco

·       Arrange insurance and bank details.

·       Monitor the probation review process and ensure line managers complete it

·       Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programmes

·       Follow up to ensure completion of the trainings

·       Train line managers and employees on performance management process

·       Drive the performance management process to closure

·       Conduct 4 camp visits each month

·       Fair and consistent application of disciplinary procedures by line managers in accordance with local labour law

·       Facilitate engagement initiatives for the BU from vendor management to execution


·    Driving License

·    MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint 2017 – Intermediate level
