Job Description

Role & Responsibility


Business Development and Pre-sales :

Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities


Developing eco system/eco partners (SI, architect, designer, etc.)

Developing new solution packages and new business models with eco partners (using full range of  partner’s products and solutions)

Consultative Sales & Value-based Selling : Providing right solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of customer’s

business, needs, and usages

Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and other subsidiaries as virtual teams

Key responsibilities

Expand spec-in, award and sales for all products of  Information Display and solution including LED, Monitor Signage, Commercial TV AND solution

Focused to access leads through industry network. Convert them into hot leads and do Pre-sales support to the Sales team, preparing the necessary
information needed about the solution to implement in each project;

To present Products, “evangelize” consultants, partners and end-customers to understand the advantage of  products and the products created and
developed through partnerships;

Be aware and updated on all trends, new solutions and technologies so all the time can be known by partners and customers as the leading force
regarding future technologies and in that way be recognized in the market as a true expert in its field;

Develop new key account partnerships with operators and owners to offer products to the target clients, pushing the border of product line and
integrate different business units so has a stronger offer than the competition;

Use the Partners SI certificated customers to develop differentiated products/solutions from competitors so can provide added value with its offer



Pro AV manufacturer: Samsung, NEC

Control equipment manufacturer: Crestron,

IT/Collaboration(Network device companies
or solution companies) : Cisco, Logitech,
Polycom, Microsoft

IT Managers or consultants from major
conglomerate or companies

Other skills

Minimum 10 years experience in business development or enterprise
account management

Experienced in mega projects development, management (including project
financing) and key account management

LED, Pro AV experience , IT industry sales-related experience is preferred

Good knowledge in LED, IT trends, Solutions and engineering

Ability to integrate solutions with diverse products and solutions

Relevant knowledge and experience in vertical business

Good knowledge of end-customer’s channel distribution

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (c-level) in addition to
consulting and presentation skills

Understanding of sales operation, P&L


BSc. / MBA (preferable)


Fluent in English and Arabic
