Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing our client base in the MENA region as well as the sales processes, and documentation of aircraft parts. Strong candidates are detail-oriented, proactive individuals who possess strong organizational skills. He or she must be able to operate in a time-sensitive environment and prioritize critical tasks in a multi-tasking environment. Also, the candidate must have 'strong interpersonal skills' who will work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with
colleagues, vendors, and clients.


  • Day to day management of Parts Sales
  • Manage all interactions with assigned customer accounts to ensure Griffon is facing the
    market with top notch service delivery and order fulfillment
  • ¬†Work closely with the Repairs-Purchasing team and Product Line Specialists to ensure
    quotes and final sales meet internal requirements
  • Attend customer meetings and industry trade shows as assigned
  • Monitor and report on quote volume, sales, and other areas of interest regarding assigned
  • Support the sales organization operationally by processing sales orders, reports, generating
    RFQ, portal management, etc.
  • Assist with general sales activities by providing information and/or data to external
    customers-including sales via telemarketing, internet, and e-sales channels.
  • Assist and coordinate, turnbacks, supplier commit dates, customer commit dates as
  • Provide formal proposals to clines to ensure accurate and timely entry and delivery of
    quotes to customers
  • Responsible for creating and meeting sales budgets, departmental budget
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in spare parts and product support
  • Timely input for Monthly Report to include Departmental report, Inbound/backlog, sales
    versus budget, On-Time Performance, margin report, and customer sales and trends. Other
    analysis and reports as required.
  • Occasional travel (trade shows, customer sites, etc.) would be expected.


  • Min 3 years in Aerospace Spare Parts purchase and sales in MENA region
  • Min 3 years in direct & indirect customer contact
  • Airlines Contacts in MENA region
  • in-depth knowledge and experience with sales methodology and excellent closing and
    negotiation skills
  • You are service-minded and invested in relationship building with your customers and have
    outstanding communication skills
  • You are able to prioritize and manage multiple or conflicting priorities appropriately
