A self-starter with more than 25 years of exposure, I started with a job in an industry that was unknown to me and the rest is history. Advertising gave me the outlook, knowledge, efficacy, and experience which helped me move into the IT/ITeS sector. It was at the right time that the opportunity came through and helped me get associated with many start-up companies in the space and helped consolidate my career in the BPO/KPO space. Today with 30 years of customer/people engaging experience, I am confident that I will be able to meet the expectations required for the role.

Responsibilities include Key Account Management, providing consulting services to start-up companies with their customer acquisition programs, business enhancement, and market expansion plans.

Held a leadership role responsible for providing Implementation & Support services to two SBU’s of the company, managing 200+ people, and accountable for operational excellence, business strategy, people and process management for this division.

Part of the strategic leadership team; Business Unit Head for the Utility sector for large enterprises from the UK, Pre Media services for both captive and non-captive customers in the US, and Financial print management for US customers Managed the back-office operations for multiple verticals - a US-based Insurance firm, Presentation Services for a leading Investment Banking Firm, and Data Management for a US-based Market Research Company Lead a 700+ member team with P & L responsibilities
