• Integral part of LTE (4G) Radio Network Optimization projects team involved in plotting and analyzing radio network trends for operators AT&T and Verizon in the US Market, using Ericsson Internal tools. Preparation of project business case equipped with business and client needs, status reports, recommendations and evaluation. • Supervised Radio Network Design projects team of 6 involved in designing LTE network over the existing 3G infrastructure, catering to over 200 million subscribers, for the operator customers Idea and Vodafone (India). Ensured seamless communication by consistently leading project communication meetings; briefed team throughout the project lifecycle and conveyed deadlines. Delivered project 15 days ahead of plan and well within allocated budget. • Coordinated across Product Management team of 6 Product Managers and Senior Specialists, in managing project that was directed towards implementing standard processes that enhanced productivity and produced financial robustness in line with tactical decisions of company. This process reduced delivery-acceptance time by 75% impacting 150 FTE and 1000 sites. This process improvement in data-fetching didn’t just facilitate my team but was then adopted across Ericsson NCR and Bangalore, India. 2. Improved employee skill-level by training 15 cross-functional team members for “ERA” tool. This reduced costs of training by eliminating need to bring trainers from Sweden to train resources in India, at the time when the entire Ericsson was migrating to Ericsson internal tools.
