Objective: • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities & drive growth plans for the contract to optimize profitability. • Develop and implement a training program for all on site staff with the coordination of concern department. • Attending client’s executive meetings, review progress reports, KPI’s & recommendation for FM operations to meet with Contractual Scope of work.
