Noteworthy contribution in components like Glasses, Wheel rims, Exhaust systems, Fuel Tanks, Frames led to fast track growth from Engineer to Sr. Engineer to Assistant Manager in 6 years.

Leading a team of 4 & additionally responsible for forecast analysis, product development, Product & component costing, 2004 – Manager. Heading entire Purchase & Logistics department 2008 - Sr. Manager Supply Chain Head 2012 – Dy General Manager Planning & Supply Chain Head 2017 – General Manager Materials (Operations) Materials function at Awal Gulf envelopes Planning, Purchase, Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Laboratories, Compliance to regulatory requirements (Efficiency & Environmental) and Spare part management. Heading operations for 3 Factories (Residential Air-conditioners, Commercial Air-conditioners & Freezers). The team constitutes 800 blue collar & 60 white collared members working over an area of 100,000 sqmtr with a capacity to build 850,000 units. In 2010 migrated from Baan4c to LN with Infor as consultants & facilitators. Complete business cycle is end to end ERP based – forecasting, MRP, procurement, logistics, material receipt, production planning, production lines, performance tracking, FG warehousing, dispatches, warranty & spare part planning. Critical to process & Critical to Quality parameters are tracked by barcoding. Exports to 25 countries calls for qualification of products to numerous regulations on Efficiency, performance & Environmental fronts. Been part of programs with ESMA, SASO, EWA and other regional regulatory bodies. Represented Bahrain at Vienna UN meet for HCFC phase out planning. With 4500 FG codes & 25,000 SKUs, forecasting & planning plays vital role in ensuring inventory control, smooth production & meeting customer promised dates (CPD). Monthly MRP run & tracking order booking vs dispatches ensures timely procurement actions. Core member of Budgeting team for annual & quarterly analysis. Product costing, VAVE, margin analysis, inventory aging analysis. Responsible for make or buy decisions, contract vs permanent workforce analysis, margin based overtime allocations in peak season.
