Managed home appliances, telecom, and photo categories for Kero Hypermarkets; the largest Hypermarket chain in Angola with 10 hypermarkets and two supermarkets. Developed and implemented pilot category KPIs, focusing on sales, stock, cash flow, margin, and marketing investments. Defined decision tree construction, range structuration as well as performed products assortment definition and oversaw planogram assembly. Negotiated national and international annual commercial contracts. Defined, developed and executed commercial and promotional plans. Selected Projects: • Cooking Robot Maria Cozinha and Recipes Cookbook: Led product definition, supplier sourcing, and launch of Angola’s first and exclusive Cooking Robot Maria Cozinha and recipes cookbook. • Collaborated with the marketing department in developing Cooking Robot Maria Cozinha and recipes cookbook brand. • Coordinated with a creative agency recipes selection and development as well as book creation for Cooking Robot Maria Cozinha and recipes cookbook. • Consumer Electronics OEM Brand Strategy, and Brand development: Defined OEM strategy for Consumer Electronic Department (Home Appliances, TV Hi-Fi, Computers, Telecom and Photo), for both entry (TEK) and mid-level Brands (Origin).

Spearheaded category management activities for the first two stores of Worten Angola; a Consumer Electronics Retail Chain, owned by Top Brands Angola (Zahara Comercio Sister Company) in a Partnership with Sonae SR (Worten Portugal). Directed vision, strategy, and execution of product development and category management operations. Developed and implemented commercial and promotional plans. Selected Contributions: • Liaised with global partners in supplies sourcing and procurement as well as managed inventory while overseeing new product development.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams in ensuring adequate and timely availability of stock which was in perfect condition to meet client expectations. Selected Contributions: • Defined product, product range, pricing for home appliances OEM brands (Kunft and Becken) and Exclusive Brand for the Spanish market (New Pol). • Forecasted on annual buying for the Home Appliances OEM products. • Negotiated with OEM Suppliers from China, Italy, Turkey and the UK in procurement and sourcing operations.
