*Receiving new shipments and stocks by scanning and transferring them in the system. *Maintaining daily checklist and replying to all urgent emails under the instruction of the Store Manager. *Deliver excellent customer service through retail experience and ensure client satisfaction. *Preparing daily huddles and KPI and briefing it to the staffs in absence of the Store manager. *Use customer service relationship management (CRM) to drive company sales and support new collection launches. *Applying mall and police permits for installing and changing window displays and for other kinds of maintenance work. *Maintaining Luxurious visual standards within the store by following the Guidelines of the Brand. *Promoting specific lines and collection under the instruction and approval of management and planning department. *Training the new staffs and working on all the CRM and KPI for their overall development.
